We are considering this case as resolved. We did not detect anymore issues since the last event from 20 hours ago. The Houston network is still fully operational and functional.

Monitoring

Unfortunately, we were unable to identify the cause of the network fluctuations. We suspect the reason is due to a DDoS attack on the Houston network. We will continue to monitor the network for the next 24-48 hours.

We suffered the fluctuations on Wednesday March 8th 2023 between 12:08 AM CST to 12:14 AM CST. As of right now the network is fully operational and fully functional.
