Monitoring
The carrier notified us that the issue has been resolved. We then confirmed that the issue in fact resolved. We will now monitor the network in Houston, TX for the next 24 hours. If no more issues occur we will consider this case as resolved. We will keep you updated if anything does come up.

Investigating
We detected a carrier network failure at our Houston, TX location. We are working with the carrier to resolve the issue. In the mean time we will try to migrate the traffic away from the defective carrier. We will keep you informed as we get updates to this case.
