Monitoring
We are pleased to announce that we have replaced the defective switch. We have restored all network connectivity for our Houston 10Gbps Dedicated Server customers. Each client has been notified about the restoration and to check for connectivity. We will be monitoring the network for the next 24-48 hours and will provide a RFO (reason for outage) once we consider this case to be resolved. If you have a 10Gbps Dedicated Server in Houston, TX and are still having connectivity issues, please notify us immediately.

Update
We were unable to resolve the issue as we discovered the hard drive failed. We are working on retrieving a replacement switch. We expect to have this issue resolved on Monday/Tuesday.

The issue has been been identified as an Junos OS problem. We are working on a resolution in the matter. We will update you when we have a resolution, thank you!

We received a DOWN alert for customers running 10Gbps uplink servers in Houston, TX. We are currently investigating the issue and will work on an immediate resolution. Note: This only effects 10Gbps uplink dedicated server customers in Houston, TX.
