Dear Valued Customers,

We would like to inform you of an urgent Los Angeles maintenance where we go through we will be required to apply a new security patch and to apply any updates required. This is an urgent task where we need to insure the stability of our Los Angeles network.

Start Date: Friday, February 16th, 2024 - 2:00 PM Pacific Time
End Date: Friday, February 16th, 2024 - 6:00 PM Pacific Time
Work Window: 4 Hours

Status: Scheduled
Risk: Medium
Reason for Work: Upgrading the operating system and running security patches to insure the continued viability of our network.

Outages: We do not expect any network outages, if any do occur it may last a couple of seconds. Due to redundancy nature of our routers. We should be able to apply the updates and reboot the routers without any network outages.

Description: Certified network architects will perform work on the entire Los Angeles, CA network infrastructure. This maintenance will be performed in two stages. We would apply the OS upgrades and patches to our network routers, then submit a reboot request.
